• Email address you provide to download our free move-in checklist. We use it to deliver the download and, occasionally, related resident resources. We don't sell or rent this list, and you can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
• Automatic information collected via cookies and analytics: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, time on page, and approximate location (city/region). Our web server also keeps standard request logs (IP address, URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies and local storage for site functionality (session management, cookie consent preferences) and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to leasing inquiries and schedule tours.
• To deliver resources you request, such as the printable move-in checklist.
• To improve the website's content, performance, and user experience.

• YouTube, Matterport, Instagram — video, 3D tour, and social post embeds. Loading an embed shares standard request data (such as your IP address) with that platform, subject to its privacy policy.
• Cal.com — online tour scheduling. When you book a tour, the name, email, and time you enter are processed by Cal.com. Cal.com's privacy policy.
• OpenStreetMap / Carto — neighborhood map tiles. Your browser requests tiles directly from these services, which receive your IP address.
• Content delivery — fonts and page libraries load from Google Fonts and unpkg, which receive standard request data.
• Hosting — this site is hosted on Railway; form submissions and server logs are processed and stored on its infrastructure.

These analytics load when you visit the site. To opt out, choose Decline on the cookie banner (your choice is saved on your device) or use your browser's privacy controls.

4. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Essential cookies: session cookie (anthem.sid) and CSRF protection (anthem.csrf) — required for site security and admin functionality.

Leasing inquiry submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, typically no longer than 18 months. Checklist signup emails are retained until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity default retention policies (typically 14–26 months). Server logs rotate on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• The Anthem's leasing team, to respond to your inquiry.

• Law enforcement or regulators, when legally required.

7. Your Rights

New York State residents may have additional rights under applicable state law, including the right to opt out of certain data processing.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, secure session cookies, CSRF protection, content security policy, and rate limiting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

12. AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content

We use artificial-intelligence tools (including large language models) to help create and maintain parts of this website. In the interest of transparency:

• Editorial content: Blog articles, neighborhood guides, listing descriptions, and video titles/descriptions may be drafted or edited with AI assistance and are reviewed by our team before or shortly after publication.
• Facts are sourced from building records: Apartment details such as square footage, layouts, availability, and pricing come from The Anthem's records and the building's official availability listings — not from AI invention. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it.
• Photography is real: Photos and video tours of the building, residences, and amenities are actual photography and video of The Anthem. We do not use AI-generated imagery to depict apartments or the building. If we ever use AI-generated artwork for decorative purposes, it will not be presented as a real space.
• Your data stays out of it: We do not provide visitors' personal information to AI systems to generate content, and we do not use AI to make automated decisions about you (such as screening, eligibility, or pricing decisions).

Leasing decisions, pricing, and lease terms are always set by The Anthem's management — never by an AI system.
