I just moved out of The Anthem after living there for 16 years from 2010 to 2026. From your initial interaction with the leasing office to the entire staff of the building—doormen, porters, maintenance, management, and the concierge service, Every interaction was pleasant every individual beyond helpful and nice. Everything in the building functions as if it were brand new, every common space Is always immaculate and appears brand new, it’s truly a pleasant community and was a wonderful place to live. The beautiful roof garden with its amazing collection of plants and flowers that are so meticulously manicured and taken care of is a true oasis away from the city, and it was truly a lifesaver during Covid giving some sanity to the world. My apartment was beautiful. Everything worked as if brand new and if I needed anything seen by maintenance I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than an hour for the slightest thing to be repaired at any hour. Lastly, I have to say special mention to Lauren in the leasing office who is so helpful and made the moving out process so stress-free and easy Dealing with the leasing office, Paul and Lauren, was always pleasant and wonderful. Can’t say enough positive things about the anthem.

I absolutely loved living at the Anthem! It became an oasis for me to escape the city. The amenities like the rooftop garden, gym with sauna (membership through crunch), and the friendly doormen made it stand out in my housing search. I also appreciated the large windows, the abundance of storage/closet space in my unit, and convenience of the location. I cannot recommend living here more! If there is one thing to be careful of, I would say make sure that the moving company that you hire is approved by the building management as there are some restrictions. Otherwise, management is quite accommodating and flexible in general. I am very grateful to have lived in the Anthem :)

I had a great experience living at the Anthem and moved out due to reasons not related to the building. Literally ever member of the Anthem team is super friendly and helpful. Every maintenance request was fulfilled beyond my expectations. Lauren the property manager was a delight to work with. I couldn't recommend this building enough.

Loved my time (15 months) and the anthem. The door men were great, any time there was an issue it was repaired promptly. Lauren is a gem. Only moved out to be closer to work. Would live here again and recommend it to others.

I absolutely loved my time at The Anthem (13 months)! Both Shin and Lauren made my viewing and move in process quick, clear, and easy; they were always easily accessible and were happy to answer any questions I had. The apartments are spacious and the building, as well as the amenities are very well kept. Anytime I needed something fixed in the apartment, someone would be there within a few hours of putting in the request. The doormen, staff, and guests are incredibly friendly. Overall, The Anthem is a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.
