The closet on the floor plan is a rectangle. Your hangers are not. Measure the rod, the depth, and the door swing before you buy a wardrobe, a vacuum, or a bike hook. CORT can furnish a living room. It cannot invent a closet that the plan does not have.

What to measure on the tour
Width of the rod. Depth from the back wall to the door. Height of the shelf. Whether the door is a swing, a slider, or a pair of sliders that steal two inches. Photograph the interior with a tape in the frame. A reach-in closet that is 22 inches deep will not take a standard hang of coats plus a vacuum in front of them.
Entry closets near the front door are where winter coats and packages land. Bedroom closets are where the rest goes. If you are looking at a studio, those may be the same closet. Line 04 below floor 18 is a 480-square-foot studio. Believe that number before you buy a king bed and an armoire.
Furniture that fights the closet
A dresser you love is useless if it blocks the only closet door. Measure the wall next to the closet, not only the wall on the plan that looks empty. Radiators, terrace doors, and a stacked washer occupy floor you thought was "open."
If you need more storage than the plan has, that is a reason to look at a different line, not a reason to fill the living room with cabinets you will hate in March. The 5th-floor laundry room does not store your off-season clothes.
